Q: How can I get my certificate?
A: To receive your Seller Server certificate, you must first create a profile and then purchase the Seller Server courses. Once your purchase is complete, you can study the course material and take your final exam. After you complete your final exam, you will be able to print your Seller Server certificate. Please note that each section of each of the modules are timed, and require you to pass a knowledge check exam at the end of the module before you can move to the next module. All modules must be successfully completed before you can begin your final exam.

Q: I'm on the homepage and it's asking for my “Username” and “Password” but I don't have a username and password! How do I get to the course?
A: To receive a username and password, you must first create a profile by registering on the website. After this, you will be given the opportunity to select and purchase a course.

Q: When do I purchase a course?
A: After you create a profile, you will be asked if you would like to purchase one of our courses. You are not forced to choose at that moment. You can come back later to make your purchase when ready.

Q: I am unable to complete my purchase of the Seller Server course. Why not?
A: In most cases, it is because the billing information for your credit/bank card does not match the billing address in your profile or there are insufficient funds in your account. This is to prevent fraud. Another reason could be the security phrase was not entered correctly. The security phrase is case sensitive.

Q: I do not have a credit/bank card. Can I pay with a check?
A: Sorry, we only accept checks for group orders, but you can purchase a money card from most major grocery stores such as Walmart, Target, Albertsons, or Kroger.

Q: Can a friend use their credit/bank card to purchase the course for me?
A: Yes, but they will need to enter their credit/bank card billing address in place of your address for the purchase.

Q: How long does it take to complete the course?
A: The Study Material and final exam will take approximately 2 to 6 hours depending on your location. The exam is timed for 90 minutes and will need to be completed in one sitting.

Q: How many questions are on the final exam and what grade do I need to pass it?
A: There are 25 questions on the final exam. To pass the exam, you must receive a minimum grade of 70%. The exam must be completed in one sitting.

Q: How many chances do I have to pass my knowledge checks and final exam?
A: When you purchase your course, you will have three (3) opportunities to pass the Knowledge Check exam per module and two (2) opportunities to pass the final exam. If you fail a PVQ 3 times or fail to enter your PVQ within the allotted 60 second time 3 times, fail the Knowledge Check test 3 times or fail the final exam 2 times, you will be required to repurchase the course.

Q: Do I need to finish the course the same day I start it or can I do it in sessions?
A: This is a self-paced course that saves your progress, so you can work on it when the time is convenient for you. However, module knowledge check exams and the final exam must complete it in one sitting.

Q: Why does the website require me to enter Personal Verification Questions (PVQ)?
A: The state requires us to verify your identity at various times while taking your course to verify the correct person is actually taking the course.

Q: How many Personal Verification Questions (PVQ) must I select before I can begin my course?
A: You are required to select 12 to 18 PVQ questions depending on your location and provide appropriate answers for each before you can begin your course.

Q: What happens if I enter the wrong PVQ answer to a PVQ question?
A: If you submit an incorrect answer to a PVQ question, you will be given another opportunity to try again. If you fail your PVQ three (3) times within the same module, you will automatically fail the course and be required to repurchase the course.

Q: I believe I submitted the correct answer for a PVQ question, but was kicked out of the course. What do I do?
A: We are able to track PVQ answers within your course. If you feel that your PVQ answer was correct, we will check the PVQ log from your course and verify if your answer was correct or not. If your answer was correct, we will issue you another credit to retake your course. If your answer was incorrect and this was the third time the PVQ was failed, you will be required to repurchase the course.

Q: I don’t have a printer. How can I print my certificate?
A: You can log into you Seller Server account from any computer. This allows you to access your account and print your certificate from any computer with internet access and printer. This could be at work, a public library, a friend or family member's house, or career placement center.

Q: I lost my username. What do I do?
A: You can contact customer support via feedback form through the website or call our customer service at (903) 893-3717 to retrieve your username.

Q: I can't remember my password. What do I do to get a new one?
A: To reset your password, select "support" from the menu. You can then click the "reset your password here" link on the right of the page

Q: Is my email address my username?
A: No, your username automatically generates when you create your account and is your first initial and last name, sometimes followed by a number. You will receive a welcome email after you create your account with your login information.

Q: How much does it cost to get a duplicate of my Seller Server certificate?
A: It does not cost anything. You may sign in to your account and reprint your Seller Server certificate any time you want from any computer with internet access until the expiration date of the certificate.

Q: How long is my Seller Server certificate good for?
A: Your Seller Server certificate is good for two to four years depending on your location. The expiration date of your certificate can be found on your Seller Server certificate.
