Seller Server Classes, part of the EduClasses® family of online courseware, is pleased to announce the launch of the New York EduClasses Alcohol Training course. Both On-Premise and Off-Premise courses have been approved by the New York State Liquor Authority (NYSLA), which is responsible for setting the minimum standard for and certifying schools to provide Alcohol Training Awareness Program (ATAP) training. The New York EduClasses Alcohol Training course is designed to help licensees comply with New York State Alcohol Beverage Control Laws, and emphasizes how to stop underage drinking and sales to intoxicated persons, with the goal of providing a safe environment at licensed establishments, as well as preserve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens in New York communities. EduClasses® is an independent entity, separate from the NYSLA.

New York EduClasses Alcohol Training is offered in both English and Spanish for both On-Premises and Off-Premises courses. These two-hour courses cover basic definitions, state laws relating to selling and serving alcohol, information regarding underaged and intoxicated customers, Dram Shop laws, and much more. Students can study the course at their own pace, check their knowledge with the course’s helpful “Knowledge Check” sections, and once complete, print their New York EduClasses Alcohol Training Awareness Program certificate.
